  • Most projects start with a Strategic Roadmap phase (4–6 weeks), followed by detailed Planning & Readiness (6–8 weeks), and then Execution (8–12 weeks). We tailor the timeline to fit your operational needs.

  • The earlier the better. Involving us 6 to 12 months in advance ensures we can help you reduce costs, avoid delays, and build a smarter relocation plan.
