With 30+ years in manufacturing, logistics, and business transformation, he specializes in seamless transitions for relocations, expansions, and restructuring.
Combining strategy, engineering, an MBA, and hands-on leadership, Tom delivers tailored solutions that minimize downtime, cut costs, and boost efficiency. His expertise covers strategy design, site prep, large-scale project management, and operations optimization.
A certified PMP and SMP, Tom helps businesses navigate complex relocations for long-term success. Known for his results-driven approach, he ensures precision and care in every project.
